Hey guys, this is a page for us to update you about the BRUSSELS TRIP, for you to ask any questions and to help us keep in touch between now and the trip.
We will be travelling over to Brussels on Thursday afternoon, so we can settle into our accomodation and get to know the area a little. We will have a campus tour and Post-Graduate study talk on friday, visit the European Parliament on Monday, and do loads of cool stuff in between, with plenty of opportunities for free time.
As Brussels is famous for chocolate and beer, it would be rude not to sample some as well!
We are trying to see how many people would like to come at the moment, but we will limit the number of people to 20, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a reserve list of 5 people, who will get the chance to come along if anyone pulls out.
The trip will cost £220 for paid members of MSSG, and £250 for non-members. This trip is for University students only. There will be a non-refundable deposit of £65, to be paid by the 5th of March. The second installment, of £80, will be paid by the 2nd of April. The final installment, of £75, will be paid by the 8th of May.
Payment by cheque is recommended, although we will accept cash. We will find out who cheques will be made payable to in the near future.
