‘Greenwich and Kent Students’ Unions Together’ will be launched in August 2013 and will replace the current Universities at Medway Students’ Association, which provides a range of services to students studying at the Medway campus.
The rebranding of UMSA follows a review of the partnership conducted last summer in which Christ Church Students’ Union decided to leave the Association, giving Kent Union and Students’ Union University Greenwich the opportunity to work together and create a brand new partnership.

Christ Church Students’ Union (CCSU) has been working hard over the past year to create a plan that will enable us to better support you and your life as a student at University. Since 2005 Christ Church Students’ Union (CCSU) has been in partnership with Kent and Greenwich Student Unions to offer all students at the Medway campus services via the Universities at Medway Students Association (UMSA).

Over the summer months, Kent Union and Students’ Union University of Greenwich will be reviewing the provision of services at Medway currently delivered by UMSA. Both Unions are committed to improving the facilities and support for their Medway based students, and in order to do this are creating a new partnership.

This new partnership between Greenwich and Kent students’ unions will ensure that Medway students continue to have access to all the shared services they have now, such as sports clubs and societies, Coopers Bar and the Advice Centre.
