The Advice Centre offers pre booked appointments, drop-in sessions, an email advice service and a dedicated telephone advice line.
To book an appointment please contact us on 01634 888989 or visit us at the main reception in the Pilkington Building.
Drop-in sessions are available during term time and students can see an adviser for about 10 minutes which often allows quick queries to be answered:-
Mondays: 10 a.m. - 12 noon & 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10 a.m. - 12 noon & 1 p.m - 3 p.m..
Fridays: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Students with quick queries who cannot get into the Advice Centre can call the advice line and a Duty Adviser will be available to assist.
Students can also email advice@umsa.org.uk with any queries and a Student Adviser will respond.
