Democratically led by our members, UMSA aims to positively impact on every Medway student.
UMSA is a democratic organisation run by Students for Students. The Association is run and operated democratically by students and everyone has an equal say.
So, we’ve said that the Association is run by students, but what does that really mean? Well, it’s pretty simple; everything we do at UMSA is democratic. From big events such as elections, down to the smaller standing committees, representing students in every aspect of what we do.
UMSA is a partnership between Greenwich, Canterbury Christchurch, Mid Kent College and Kent Students’ Union’s who all work together to provide Medway with a thriving student experience.
Students are the heart of what we do at UMSA and through our Student Executive Committee, Students Reps, Sports and Societies Councils we hope to continue to have a positive impact on your time at Medway.
