The team will be at the following locations:

Tuesday, 12 June 9am to 3pm – The Pentagon Centre, Chatham

Wednesday, 13 June 11am to 2pm – Greenwich University

The road show will also be at the Community Safety Day at The Strand, Gillingham on Wednesday, 6 June.
Food safety on a budget is the theme for this year and the week will focus on safe use of leftovers, understanding use by dates and providing meal planning tips.
The team will also offer advice on a range of environmental health messages including how to safely cook, cool, freeze, defrost and reheat foods, and the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, which will be rolled out across Medway over the next five years.
There will also be plenty of giveaways including a fridge thermometer and food container, and the Medway Cooks! Book, produced by Medway’s Public Health Team.
