Training takes place at Medway Towns Rowing Club which is situated on the River Medway along the Esplanade, ME1 1QL.
We are trained by volunteer coaches of the Club twice a week. Training times are Wednesdays at 1.30pm and Saturdays at 9am. We aim to have fun, get fit and compete. Training and competing throughout the year in British rowing events and then at BUCS regatta with our final event of the year being Boat Race held on our home ground, the river Medway Rochester.
