Hey guys, for the big dance social of the year all members would have to contribute a small amount towards the trip as it’s turned out to be very expensive and our finances don’t fully cover it. It should only be a small amount but we can’t tell you exactly how much yet. We’re just letting you know now so you are aware and have the chance to pull out if you don’t want to spend any money. However, you’d have to let us know fairly soon so we can have exact numbers of people going so we can go ahead and book it all.
